About the Position
We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager Intern who is looking to join a fast-paced, experimentation-oriented Growth team at TradeGecko. The Growth team at TradeGecko is responsible for delivering experiences to acquire users, increase conversion & improve retention.
In the past, we’ve built mobile apps, Shopify add-ons, and renewed onboarding experiences to deliver value to our customers and bring them onto our product. Your work in the Growth team will be in the form of tactical growth-hacking experiences, and longer term product changes that lead to growth in the adoption of our product.
- Understand and analyze user needs
- Conceptualize, validate, and execute on two growth-oriented ideas over 12 weeks
- Lead the pod of engineers in the 12 weeks of execution
- Work with stakeholders in the company (e.g. Design, Sales, Marketing) to take your product to market
- Ability to develop and understand strategy with a strong understanding of how your product will impact the company's bottom line
- User-centered design thinking and processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
